PROMOgirl.com site is owned and operated by the Marsha Doll Modeling Agency. It's purpose is to recruit models for employment with promotional companies on a short-term, per job basis. PROMOgirl's models promote a wide variety of products for clients such as: Nintendo; Bay Watch; Sports Illustrated; Bacardi; Nissan; Cover Girl; Levi Strauss; VISA; and many more.

The site is written in ColdFusion and interfaces with a large database of model information. The IIS team was approached by Agency owner, Marsha Doll, to redesign the data and interface components to present a more functional interface for administration both by the PROMOgirl staff and the models themselves.

The secure administrative module allows the administrative staff to manipulate the data in a variety of useful ways directly from within the site. This is generally used to distribute job availability by contacting all models of record or contacting the models selectively based on the promotional markets identified by the models as areas of availability. Contact can be accomplished either via direct email, or from a generated telephone list. Models can, of course, go in through their own secure administrative interface to keep their own contact, availability and personal data records up to date.

This is a very effective, robust site whose purpose is to not only market the company itself but to promote its available properties, generate qualified leads, and assist the sales and admin staff in their organization and promotion efforts.
